Albert,
Just to clarify...you are arriving on the 23rd of April, not on May of '10, right? I will be in the Phoenix area on the 23rd and I will also be staying with A.C.E. for 4 months, same as you, so I am looking forward to meeting you.
Also, I might be able to help you out with sleeping arrangements and transportation. But as of now I cannot guarantee anything. I will update you on the situation as soon as I learn more.
