I can confirm that Anna and Sarah's chips (french fries to the rest of the world) were amazing and the British supervisors are very impressed and grateful, as were the rest of the crew. Seeing people from all round the world enjoying a chip butty was heartwarming. Cooking chips in a chip pan should only be performed by Brits as they are the only ones qualified (I think we are the only country to have regular - mostly late on Friday and Saturday nights strangely - public health films on TV about the use of chip pans). Once again thank you Anna and Sarah. You turned the humble potato into a sumptuous feast.
