Hey Sebastian, sorry I didn't respond. My wife read the post before me, and because it was highlighted, I thought I read it. In regards to the guarding trait, in my experience, I don't see an interest in guarding, until about 8 months old. Until then, anything they show you is a bonus. If they don't see anything now, just wait. I'm sure it will take effect.
