Jumping my fence

Hey bulldog owners, I have a problem with my girl Tesse. It seems that she has learned to jump my four foot fence. She has only accomplished it once and I didn't see her do it but the second attempted she was in trouble. She has always been high strung, what can I do to break this behavior before it starts? I have seen so many people use shock collars with good response. What do you think? Thanks for any help.
