In my understanding of DAO -
as a practice of yi yin yi yang...
as a dynamical process
there is no static ...
everything changes in the process of yi yin yi yang...
thus emotions as well...
...good examples are practice of taijiquan... qigong...
neigong...
- being successfull in these practices one get rid of these problems you are mentioning...
Of course it is not a "quicky"
best regards

: Greetings all,
:
: Research has shown that we are biologically
: predisposed to have a sense of justice.
: However a juxtaposition occurs when gars
: sense of justice is compared to the way. For
: me, there lies the root cause for anxiety.
: When life doesn't go the way I expect, or
: want it to, I become ungrateful.
: Perhaps what's more complexing is that I
: lose a sense of empathy to those things I
: see as unjust.
: How can I be one with dao if I am unable to
: more then what I am?
: Of course this question brings 'me' back to
: "what is the "I".
:
:
: In peace,
: gar
