I agree.

But I cannot proactively "do" wu-wei. It comes about (if one is to believe Laozi) as the result of a complete and total surrender of the desire to "do it."

And I cannot "will" the surrender either. That is, I cannot make it come about by an act of will.

The whole goddamn game is on auto-pilot.

Sit back and enjoy the ride.
