Our Circadian Rhythms respond to darkness, triggering our bodies to produce melatonin and make other changes that signal our bodies to sleep. Our chemistry a constant interchange of chemicals, minerals, vitamins, down to the cellular level, oxygen being exchanged, calories burned or stored, cuts healed, infection fought, the brain a vast network of synapses firing at just the right time for the process to work, from digesting lunch to simply simply wigglng a finger.
Amazing! It's all amazing. We can't take credit for it. Sometimes when I stop to try to remember where something I haven't seen in a long time is stored, and in a second or two Ping! my file memory pops open, and I'm just fascinated. What computer can touch what this mind and brain can do?
We are Process in action. What we *prefer* a mere blip in the incredible, intricate process of being human. Wonder rules here. :-)
