I've stopped worrying about doing too much or doing too little, Nina. When it comes to thinking or anything else. Whatever I deem "too much" today is bound to seem "too little" tomorrow, and vice versa. In the moment, whatever brings me contentment without knowingly doing harm to others is okay.

But ya know the old saying on these boards, Nina: "Your mileage may vary."

Different for each of us. ;)
