Knowing about this - i think - one is liberated to enjoy the individually phenomen of centering at ones gravity center without having the wish to force others ... to see this as "absolute"
its a great experience to enjoy the quality of rooting in ones gravity center --- in qigong and taijiquan having discovered the ability to center...
