I did not say "don't respond," I said you might not want to read them.
You said in response to my post: "My own (yes, we don't agree on this) take is that we think entirely too much, that it is a tangled mess of conflicting thought that messes up our simple natures which are intrinsically social, responsive, and essentially "good" by all measures we know."
I took that as a suggestion that it was not so useful to analyze these things, which of course I am constantly doing. And I agree that there is merit to your view. I think your view is worthwhile, at least as worthwhile as mine.
