There are many things a person can do that will give them the feelings you're talking about, ren ying.
What I try to remember is that each person is different, and my way might not work for them. Their way might not work for me. But if we stop thinking about "our ways" ....... we can share in the delightful enjoyment everyone is experiencing..... in their own ways.
