this is a very famous quote from yijing-commentary...
you can find different translations..
yi: one
yin as known from yin yang-symbol
yang as known from yin yang -symbol
zhi1 genitiv
wei act, guide
dao4 Tao
you can find it for example as quote in Kangxi-dictionary
once yin once left thus Dao acts and guides
or
from One to yin... from One to yang
thus dao gudes and acts
