Frankly, I am surprised at your reaction. At your indignation. At your hissy fit. Handbags indeed.
In my opinion the two of you have more in common than not. You are both extremists. Both of you would force your perspective on the other if you could. Both of your closets are full of duct tape. There is no room for compromise with either of you. Two sides of the same coin in my opinion.
Yes, this really is the way you come across to me at times. At too many times. Uncompromising as you recently bragged in another post. You lack compassion.
