From a universal point of view taking everything into account nothing is good or bad; desirable or undesirable.
For me though certain things can be said to be good or bad, stroking a tiger is bad for me, the tiger might think its good; brushing my teeth is good but bad for the bacteria. Its my perspective.
Subjectivity is the only perspective.
"The universe is without compassion
Treating all things like straw dogs
Wise people are without compassion
Treating all clans like straw dogs"
My translation.
