Hi Steve
The question is: how much of the day do I know I am safe? Is it a more of talk or more of a walk?
And there may be things I can do to further embody that "unpacking."
No one can answer these questions unless they spend time with one of us and see if we actually embody "nothing to do."
But then we might get some clues from how stridently each of us present our views here. Does "the lady protest too much."?
