I'd suggest, Bao Pu, that your propensity to procrastinate is still here because it's still of use to you--in a way that you may not be able to fathom.
To the extent that I don't cling to my old ways and am receptive to the possibility of change, change comes--always--when it is of benefit to me. That's been my experience.
Our experiences in this regard might be different, and that would be natural.
