Love is the Law, Love under Will. Aleister Crowley was a lot of things. The self-appointed greatest (then) living poet, drug addict, sexual predator, founder of Crowleyanity, mystical traveller, magical whore and just a plain, old-fashioned drunken bum. He did, however, leave us with this formula, which is, for me, the closest one of us moderns has got back to the source, ''The Tao is the sum total of the universe subtracted from itself''. Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.
