My step-mother taught me how to drive a car in the church parking lot. Then, i went to a school. Just before graduation, the instructress took me for a long drive about the backwoods of Fairfax County with the 8-track playing "Stairway to Heaven."
The other night, navegating the potholes of Wilshire Blvd., "Stairway to Heaven" came on the radio. And it occured to me what a long, strange trip it's been.
