Heh...your words are simple, jemimy, but there's a glorious dilemma for the humans there.

To 'stop trying' and to 'give up' are simply different ways of 'trying' and 'clinging to.' You want my friend gar to 'do' two things there: to stop doing something and to give up something.

That's the paradox of cultivation. You perpetuate the very 'trying' and 'clinging to' that you recognize to be undesirable.
