You can get Ennui Gas on Ebay--very late at night. You'll have to figure out which night for yourself.
Other than the ususal suspects; loss of libido, frequent urination, liver damage, loss of eyesight, loss of hearing, increased chance of stroke--the usual warnings that accompany FDA approved drugs there is one side effect no one should take lightly.
