Greetings Josef,
It seems to me that consciousness is formed by language. Stopping the internal dialog requires practice and with a mind not influenced by "I".
in peace,

:Symbolic reality is a thought. To wake up is to see through one's false
: thinking :which creates a false reality, a separate reality.
:
: Well said. Or: thought is symbolic reality. Exploring this alone,
: experientially, is fascinating. Non-reification experienced, actualized,
: realized. I've noticed quick access to this by simply becoming mentally
: non-verbal, which seems to automatically switch from analytical left-brain
: mode to spatial right-brain mode. One reason it seems to me reason
: Westerners over-cogitate Chinese philosophy...our language is verbal, left
: brain while the ideograms are pictoral, right brain. How difficult for us
: to simply let go of attacking them mentally with thought and allow
: intuitive perception to operate.
