Can't play PWADS

I got ZDLaunch recently, and it's great. The only problem I have with it is that I can't load PWADs. I check the "Use Custom PWADs" box, add the wads, save my settings, and launch. It launches fine, but it won't load the PWAD and it plays the IWAD instead. Is this a bug or something being fixed in the 3.0 version? Or is there something I'm missing (I have Doom2.wad, ZDoom, and everything's configured fine)? Thanks!
