Hi, it's Jeff, I'm aware that the launcher hasn't been updated for quite some time, but it's mostly because I've been part of another DOOM-related project, but just as a status update, I may have the time to update the launcher to reflect the latest 2.0xx revisions, and will augment the launcher to use .cfg files as launch scripts vs. the current command-line methods which aren't as efficient. Anyhow I'm still around, so just check back at http://members.cox.net/carpenoctre/launchers/zdlaunch for any news updates as I may make some soon if I find the time to update the launcher.
