problem with zdoomlounch

Sorry for my clumpsy english.
I have four computer connected with a 4port hub.
The first probles is "consistency falure" e the game stop imediatly.
Second problems is :
When the game beginning my mouse and may keybord control the game ed the player of one of the oder players.
Did you have a solution?
