warp level resets commands

Hi, I have some nice time with DOOM again, and its pretty much fun.. Love it, but it seems that I have a bit of the problem with one of my wads. Plutonia.wad I'we been playing on one of the maps have some missing textures, (I guess) so it's bugy and preety frustrating to play. When I Warp to the next level Launcher (i think its Lancher related) loads the map but resets all comands to defaults and I'm unable to change it and use any of Zdoom's cool features (jump, crosshair, freelook...)
any iedas (besides downloading another plutonia.wad:))
