does launcher do what it claims? not yet.

couldn't get a game to start. What is even better, my network settings are NOT saved in the ini file. My resolution is not saved in the ini file.. what the hell. No connection, no nothing. My TCP/IP works fine, so does my friends... no connection on either side, no matter who runs server... documentation please?
