Posted by Terri We stopped off at our fave breakfast place (The Longboarder's) and are planning the rest of our day around grilling hamburgers, making potato salad, stitching and maybe going to the movies. Tonight we'll probably go down to the harbor to watch the fireworks out over the ocean. We've both been off work since Thursday and have thoroughly enjoyed our very long weekend. It's only 10 a.m.-ish here and we've already been to the beach and back. DH went surfing this morning at 5 and I met him out there a couple of hours later - to watch. It's amazing how many out of towners flock to here to enjoy the beach. We stay away from it as much as possible on days like this since there ARE so many out of towners! LOL
