    Can it be true? Has good sense returned to the American judiciary system even for a brief moment? So, can we now expect American Justice to go after the really big crooks like Ebbers, Lay and Skilling who lied, cheated and robbed countless of people of their savings and pensions while hiding behind a facade of respectability or is that too much to hope for?

    To be honest with you, I find American Justice difficult to fathom; I mean they allow someone like Halle Berry who was involved in a hit-and-run to walk away and Wall Street analysts to keep their fat bonuses even after it has been revealed that they knowingly gave out fraudulent advice, but yet go after someone like Noni with such fervour. The powers-to-be must really hate her politics or is it because of the elections round the corner?

    For a country known for its can-do spirit I'm surprised that Americans have put up with such cronyism, corruption and hypocrisy in their political, economic and judicial system for so long.
