Judge Postpones Setting a Trial Date!!!

This just released today from Rueters. Judge Elden Fox has decided not to set a trial date just yet. I think there will be a pre-trial hearing concerning the admissibility of evidence. Though this doesn't mean that Winona is free and innocent, i think this is good news for the Winona camp. We're rootin for you Winona!!!!
