It has to be said Winona would have been great in so many films. The first one that comes to minds alot is Helena-Bonham Carter to a degree they are both similar but Winona is beautiful. Winona even audition for Helena's role is Fight Club. See I think that Noni would have been great in Mary Shelly's Frankenstein and possibly Planet of the Apes.
