How Does Winona Manage to stay looking so young?

The question has to be asked how on earth does Winona manage to stay looking so young. I mean she's gonna be 31 in October and she looks like 25-26. Even with what she's going through she still looks really fresh. I can't think of any other star who looks as good as what she does for her age, well possibly Cher. But I would love to know her secret. Maybe one day she'll tell me. Also I really have to say Winona has gone through many different hairstyles and looks. But one my favourates is defently when I think she turned up at a hearing or something not long after the Saks event and her hair was long and it was tied up and she wore I white short and a black cardigan. I though she looked great. Also I loved her style the day she and Brittany Murphy were kissing in her car and she wore the Murphy belt buckle. Love to Winona, bye
