justice?

i heard they broke her arm (again) outside the court house, in June. She first busted it while filming Mr. Deeds. Then, while some journo a.holes were trying to get at her, she got 'whacked from behind' as her lawyer put it. So, she's accused of shoplifting and gets her arm broken (?) And what about 'public order' - outside a court house. Where were the police? I hope she gets off (even if she did steal Saks' stupid shit)
