I am also having a similar punishment problem with our Weim. I know he is young at only a year, but I hate to have to restrict him back into the laundry room so he stays out of trouble in the rest of the house. I have been coming home to certain things chewed on, the tops of my glass swizzle sticks broken off and spread out neatly on the floor, toothpaste squirted all over the house, the two piece butter dish taken down off the counter with the butter gone and then put back together on his bed! A little strange and I almost believe that all things are carefully chosen! Has anyone else had these weird things happen to them? He has plenty of kongs, nylabones, etc.. to keep him busy. Would he even realize that he's back in the laundry room because he can't be trusted?
