This guy was brought in by animal control. The guy who picked him up said the person who called saw a car drive up, shove this dog out, and drive away. He is so very restless in his kennel, wanting to be with people, that he has scraped his nose, but it really isn't too bad. He is a very handsome boy and seems very friendly. He has not yet been tested with other dogs or cats.
