As Lars noted, the German Navy uses the RAL color system (and has for close to 80 years.) Specifically, they use the "RAL Classic" system. He's given you the colors.
What is then wanted is some sort of conversion method. Conversions between different color systems are seldom exact. You either get the RAL colors if looking for precision, or go for "close enough" from another system.
That in mind, I found this converter:
https://hextoral.com/federal-standard-color-to-ral/
What is actually wanted is RAL to FS 595, but that was not found with a search in the time I wanted to devote to one. By some literal random sampling, I discovered that--per this chart--FS 26176 is considered a close match for RAL 7000. Either FS 26132 or 36152 are considered close matches for RAL 7012.
Find the FS color, then hit the hypertexted "RAL Classic" next to it to see what this site considers a close match.
You can then believe/go with this chart, or find some other conversion system. You will only be getting "close enough." The two systems are different, and not easily compatible. Find bottles of RAL 7000 and RAL 7012 if you want "the real thing."

Decided to build Revell Germany's the Class 122 or Bremen class frigate in 1/300 scale. The kit instructions call for the use of Revell Germany paint and I dont have any of them. Since Germany is a member of the NATO Alliance there has been a serious attempt to standard equipment and I'm guessing that this includes paint so anyone familiar with the German navy paints and do they have FS 595 numbers? Oops!
I meant AMS 595 colors. Thanks in Advance.
