I worked there in the 80s at the B1 System Project Office and spent many lunch breaks just down the road there at that hangar.

Not naval but to model builders still important. Fortunately it was not the museum directly but where they restore the aircraft before the museum. I lived in Dayton from 1964 till 1977 and practically lived in the museum. I first saw it in the old downtown Fairborn site, then when they moved it to its current site and over the years watched its growth.
