I have been working with Jon Warneke on new submarine models, mostly the post WWII era and early nuclear submarines. Anyhow, the new kits come with resin hulls and 3-D printed pieces. One trick I have learned to remove the printed parts from the caddy tray is to use Xuron photo etch cutters. They work extremely well on freeing the Iron Shipwrights printed pieces with minimal breakage. The Xuron tapered tips allow you to get into tight spots to remove the pieces from the support. Much better than micro saws.
Just thought I would pass that along.

Why kit bash when Jon Warneke has New Mexico in his catalog?
