Gladi the ultrasonic cutter works, but at it’s $400 price point, I’ll stick with my $28 Xuron photo etch cutters. Those work for successfully removing the vast majority of printed parts from the print caddy.

Sometime ago, I asked for good method to detach 3-D printed parts without damaging them and got good tip of using photo-etched cutter. I tried and it worked. I recently heard of using ultrasonic cutter. I ordered mine from Micro-Mark and just tried. It is quite expensive, but it works great. It is highly recommended.
