Re: Trumpy Cornwall Question.
Thanks for everyones' replies. If they're coming out with a Kent (I didn't know that, thank you!) then I'll likely wait for her. I have to say, Trumpeter's choices of which Counties to do are odd. I would have thought that more famous or unique ships like Norfolk, Suffolk and London (rebuilt) would be preferred. Cornwall wasn't that well known and due to her loss had a shorter wartime career, so I wonder what the sales numbers will be like.
Thank you again,
Just curious, and I know the information out there is scant, but... based upon the box art, is it likely that the upcoming Trumpy HMS Cornwall could be converted into another of her sub-class? I would like to build the Suffolk as during the Bismarck chase but these ships underwent a number of refits and there were differences, least of which was the cut away stern that several ships received. I believe that Suffolk was one.
Here's the box art: https://freetimehobbies.com/1-350-trumpeter-british-heavy-cruiser-hms-cornwall-preorder/
Many thanks for any pointers or ideas.
