Italian ships use RAL colours Weatherwork 7001, deck 7031 & flight deck 7016.

My Brandenburg 1/96 scale used a rattle can (duplicolor) auto paint. I use a little darker shade the USN. HMS ships are definitely Gull Grey.
Italian ships look like standard haze grey (visited the Alpino in Baltimore).
