In Brisbane , River class WW2 frigate HMAS Diamantina. Melbourne has a Bathurst Class WW@ corvette - not sure if its open all the time
Hope these might help - looking at all the suggestions so far in the various replies you will need to take a couple of years off and back many bags to see them all!
I found a list on Wikipedia but you have to click each link to find out if there is a ship to visit. It's very time consuming.
I am only interested in visiting ships, not actual museums with pictures and text or movies.
Also I am only interested in post WW2 era.
A good example I found so far is the SS Victory liberty ship in Tampa. I will visit it next time I go down there.
Post war submarines and foreign ships ok too.
I am not into WW2 battleships.
If you are outside the USA I would love to hear from you too as I travel a little bit too.
