Re: Trumpeter Exeter
As I don't have this kit but if you look at the
Trumpeter website it's parts ,instructions, and decal sheet are shown. As the kit appears to be the Exeter in 1939 at the Battle of the River Plate.
I understand they're also doing a York which I'll probably get because the Exeter had very unexciting paint schemes
It looks like the Trumpy 1/350th Exeter has come up for preorder at Freetime. Has anyone seen any images of actual the model yet? I've been scouring the interwebs and haven't seen anything; box art yes, actual plastic no. Since Trumpeter either does most things right or a lot of things wrong when designing a model, I'd like to know about the accuracy of this model before committing to a preorder.
