Here we have a supposed conversation Raven had which is totally lacking in documentation or substantiation...and broadcast over the very Internet which he (Raven) condemns at every opportunity for these very same acts.
Sorry, I'm not buying and the more so since we do have records of what transpired over Leach's conduct at the Denmark Strait. Raven's conversation is great but until he can actually substantiate it with something of substance it the very essence of Internet information which even Wikipedia wouldn't touch.
Now take the Battle of Tassafaronga: no one should take my word when I relate that I know what was said and done aboard the bridge of Takanami before the action began...except that I not only rounded up Japanese sources, but I interviewed her senior survivor who was on the bridge at the time. Absent those sources folks would be--understandably--rather skeptical.
Given Raven's penchant for making claims he neither documents nor supports--like his comments about Dorsetshire's survivors being repeatedly strafed in the water after her sinking--I'm more than a little skeptical.
