Thank you so much for you advice. I didn't know Home Depot of Lowes has acrylic paint also. I will try that.
Buy one of those "trial size" pots (about a pint or so) and all you need to do is pick your lustre (gloss, semi gloss, flat, etc). Comes to a whopping $4.00 when you're done.
I hope everybody is doing well and have fun with model ship building. I have been using Polly Scale acrylic gunship gray for ship deck as well as some USAF planes, and finally I come to my last bottle. I thought the Master modeler's gunship gray is the closest substitute, but there are many out there either (eBay and Amazon). I appreciate if anyone could advise me on which brand would be the next best substitute for it. I miss the Polly Scale paint so much. Thank you so much for your input.
