I'm so thankful to know that there are many out there who have used Nano Dread model parts. I'm surprised after all this time, nothing has ever been posted on the Steel navy sight regarding these plastic deliverance's.
I've been leaning on these fantastic helpers for quite a long time. I've always called it 'cheating' when you don't use a P/E/ fret.
In my youth I could flip and fold 1/700 P/E 25mm A.A. guns but not today (or anymore). Nevertheless, I think the plastic Nano Dread looks more realistic than the metal frets we are used to working with.
I just can't wait for my MUSASHI to arrive. I'm guessing here but I'd bet in the future, Nano Dread will make it possible to super detail the main gun turrets for the YAMATO / MUSASHI in 1/700 scale (just like you can when you make the 1/350th scale re-tooled Tamiya full hull YAMATO).
Pure guessing on my part.
