My example of a wing mark of decal is easier to understand the calculation to do for all things to go from one scale to another.
Giving 2.057 from 72th to go in 35th is a multiplier factor not easy to help somebody to understand. But if you like to check the decal wing mark I take for example supposed to be of 2,5 cm then, use the multiplier factor and you do : 2,5 cm x 2.057 = and you get exactly same result of 5,14 cm I gave already for your wing mark in 35th scale.
