1) cure them properly direct sunlight is perfect for about 3 hours
2) wash them in isopropyl alcohol ,if you have an airbrush, just spray the alcohol like sandblasting with the maximum pressure your airbrush handles, if not airbrush, just GENTLY scrub them with a soft toothbrush with the alcohol
3 Painting, I've used mainly Gunze and Model Master paints, but also I have used Humbrol enamels without any problem, the main thing is the printed part to be fully UV cured.
Perhaps some modelers will differ with different experiences, in my case I thin my acrylics with Windex cleaner and the enamels with acrylic thinner.
