I scanned a bunch of photos I came across in 80-G of the surrendered IJN destroyers taken at various times (September through November 1945), but of the three you listed only USHIO (with a slightly different spelling) was identified. The other two could have been hidden in the nests of destroyers moored together. Many of the destroyers were small escort destroyers of the MATSU class of the various variants.
