Bluejacket Ship Models, in Searsport, Maine, has an excellent kit for a Victory Ship. Solid wood hull with numerous metal castings. Check their website for prices and some photos. I believe it's in 1/192 scale, but please check. For plans only, the Smithsonian Institution has a large collection of plans for standard U.S. Merchant Marine ships and the Victory Ship is included. Good luck with your model.
