I understand. You are correct: there is no debate here, simply an admission on your part that HMS Prince of Wales was entered. So the Death of a Battleship paper also attests. There are no exceptions under the Protection of Military Remains Act 1986 unless you were licensed to do so and this has never been suggested nor have you ever offered it as mitigation for your activities. To somehow rationalize or justify your behavior is, of course, your right as much as it is human nature but the reality remains that it is a rather self-serving rationalization at that.
